MC100EL07DR2 Overview
The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this package, there is also the Tape & Reel (TR) package that is included. The Surface Mount version is also available. Differential output is fully functional. It uses the 2 Input XOR/XNOR logic communication type. At -40°C~85°C, the operating temperature has been extended. It contains inputs which are referred to as 2 inputs. The 100EL series includes this, so it belongs there. It operates using 4.2V~5.7V power supply. A 8 termination is included in the part. A 8 pin joins it. For this part, a normal voltage is 5V. It is built on 1 basic circuits. Devices should only be operated at voltages below 5.7V to preserve their integrity.
