A packaging method based on Tape & Reel (TR) is employed.The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains it.Providing a voltage of 4.2V~5.7V ensures proper function of the device.The Surface Mount way is used to mount electronic parts.The operating temperature is set to -40°C~85°C.Using the memory, information is stored in 1 bits.There are several similarities among the electronic parts in the 100EL series.Using the base part number 100EL16, it is possible to locate a number of related parts.It adds up to 8 when all component pins are added together.With 8 terminations, signals won't reflect off the end of the transmission line.This is mounted using the Surface Mount method.For its construction, 8 pins are used.Normal use can be kept when the minimum supply voltage is kept at 4.2V.The maximum supply voltage can be kept at 5.7V for normal use.Maintaining the power supplies of +-5V ensures their convenient use.As far as NECL MODE: VCC=0 VEE=-4.2 TO -5.7 is concerned, it provides high performance.
