As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called NECL, PECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
