MC100EP140DG Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This clock generator receives its inputs from NECL, PECL, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V.
