MC100LVEL34DTR2G Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As part of the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, LVDS, NECL, PECL is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.8V for this clock generator. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There are 3V~3.8V available for use with this clock PLL. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of ECL logic.
