It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. NECL, PECL is designed as this clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.7V as a supply voltage. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 4.2V.
