This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 8 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 5V is required.
