MC12093D Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Bulk method. The SOIC package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 240 to be essentially indestructible. There are 8 terminations found in this file. It provides a maximum frequency of 1.1GHz. The clock-generating IC is a 8-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. The frequency synthesizer has 8 pins that are available. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. This time clock generator can handle a voltage of 5V as its supply voltage. The device is usually classified as a type of Prescaler/Multivibrators device. This frequency synthesizer features SELECTABLE DIVISION RATIO 4 AVAILABLE to produce better clock signals.
