MC12095MNR4G Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations. As the Clock PLL's input, ECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An up to 3GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 2.7V to be safe. As long as there are 2.7V~5.5V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. This electronic component can be classified as a Prescaler. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 8 bits.
