MC14012BCP Overview
The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tube. It works based on the NAND Gate logic principle. The part must have a voltage of 3V~18V in order to function properly. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C are extended for operation. A Through Hole mount is used for this part. Current output is 8.8mA 8.8mA in both the high and low states. There are several in the 4000B series. In total, 14 terminations have occurred.
