MC14051BDR2G Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 8:1 represents the number of circuits. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. Integrated with an analog IC SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER. There are 8 inputs to be operated. It is possible to transfer data over a 17MHz-bandwidth.
