It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tray .The package is conveniently packaged the power management in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is an universal mounting way for easy adapting.This power management targets at Processor and other applications.A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions.The power management works at 2.8V~5.5V voltage.On the power management, you will find 48 terminals.As an analog IC with a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT value, the instruments designs has been widely praised.In addition to being supplied by the 3.6V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing many demanding tasks.In order for the ic supplies to begin working, it must have at least 2.8V .As a result, 10 channels work together to maintain the quality of the output.You are not supposed to feed the power supply ic with voltage higher than 4.5V .The IC speciallizes itself in certain areas along with OTHER SUPPLY VOLTAGE=3.7 V TO 5.5 V .
