MCK12140DR2 Overview
Tape & Reel-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 240. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock-generating IC is a 8-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. A 8 pin is available on the PLL. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. Even at 70°C, this frequency synthesizer is possible to last with attenuated performance. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits clock PLL.
