Its 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted for higher flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~18V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.Mosfet driver ic is not possible to exceed 0.6mA when the supply current is being supplied.
