MCP1650S-E/MS Overview
It comes in a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 2.7V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 750kHz position.
