The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. In LED drivers, the outputs are all set to 1.The led driver mounting is done by using Surface Mount.It emerges as a DC DC Controller, which is efficient and reliable.-40°C~125°C TJ is the operating temperature and it works fine.The benefits of Lighting are considerable.Using the frequency of 100kHz~1MHz, it operates.Undetermined failures may occur when the voltage supply is less than 6V.Surface Mount has been mounted with the device.It is under the base part number MIC3230 that you can find this LED driver.Ideally, the supply voltage should be 45V.It supports a maximum value of 45V.Temperatures above 125°C should not be allowed to exceed operating temperatures in order to ensure stable operation.It is necessary to maintain a higher operating temperature than -40°C in order to achieve stable operation.
