This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Space-saving 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 12-MLF? packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. 4MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 3.3V.
