In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Tube represents the package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.When the supply voltage is set to 9V~16V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number MIC4102.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.In the device, there are 8 pins.There is a maximum output current of 3A.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 118V.For its basis, 2 outputs are integrated.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 3A.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.For operation, 16V is the maximum supply voltage.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 9V must be applied.In order to operate, it is configured with 1 channels.
