Its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to 0°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4425.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.In the device, there are 16 pins.There is an output current limit of 3A for this device.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.An output current of 3A is supported.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 0°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 18V.The supply voltage of 4.5V is its minimum value for operation.
