This Microcontroller comes in a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 33 I/Os are available. It is important to note that the Microcontroller has a Surface Mount mounting type. Microcontroller is based on the 32-Bit core architecture. There is a memory type of FLASH in its program memory. There is a temperature range of -40°C~105°C TA that is operated by this Microcontroller. Kinetis K10 series components belong to this electrical component. This program has a program memory of 64KB 64K x 8 bytes, which is the size of the program. With a ARM® Cortex®-M4 Core processor, MCU is equipped with the latest technology available.
