Packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 2V~6V is needed. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C are extended for operation. Surface Mount is the mounting position of the part. High and low output current states are both 5.2mA 5.2mA. The 74HC series contains it. In total, there have been 14 terminations.
