Packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 2V~6V is needed. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C are extended for operation.
