MPC509AP Overview
Packed in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 4:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 16. A 2 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. When a voltage supply of 15V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. It is injected into the electrical part body with 16 pins. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SP4T switching circuits. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with MPC509. Analog switches have 1.5kOhm internal resistance. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Analogue multiplexer with a Dual supply type that is cost-effective. 700μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 22V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 5V should be attached. The electronic component can function from 18V. Operating 8 inputs is required. There is 1.3kOhm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part. The analog switch ics includes 1 outputs.
