MPC905EF Overview
A SOIC case is used for packaging. There is a maximum value of 100MHz for normal operation. It contains 16 terminations. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. Depending on the type of source voltage, it can run with a voltage as low as 3V. It is recommended to keep the supply voltage at 3.3V to maximize efficiency.
