As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
