NB2304AI2DG Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. CMOS is designed for clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.6V.
