NB3N501DR2G Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 5V is required. A clock generator's input is called Clock, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 160MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~5.25V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
