As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are a total of 16 terminations in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C.
