This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency.
