The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented.
