As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 28-LCC (J-Lead) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 235 during reflowing. 28 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Crystal. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 400MHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~5.25V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with PECL logic levels.
