NBC12430AMNG Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 32 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There should be 3.135V~5.25V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. PECL is designed for clock generator's output.
