As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 32-LQFP package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 32 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 800MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.135V~5.25V.
