This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 28 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal.
