As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 32-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 32 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 800MHz Max.
