NC7S14M5 Overview
The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a SC-74A, SOT-753. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. Based on the Inverter logic principle, it works. The part must have a voltage of 2V~6V in order to function properly. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C are extended for operation.
