NCP303LSN45T1G Overview
This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. Please refer to power management for SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When 1.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. Pin count of the power management is 5. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 800mV for this IC power. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA . While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. The supply current of the power management is 500nA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using NCP303, the base power ics number. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.4μA at the most.
