NCP304HSQ27T1G Overview
There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 800mV. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 1μA is the recommended value. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by NCP304. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 3.3μA.
