NCP3064PG Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Through Hole mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C~70°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 150kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1.25V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1.5A Switch output current. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 5V as the nominal input voltage.
