For greater flexibility, its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used.A packaging method of Tube is used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.In the direction of Through Hole, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.-40°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.
