There is greater flexibility with the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is 0°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 8 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 35V.
