NCV303LSN29T1G Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. A supply voltage of 1.5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. This power management system has 5 pins. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 800mV. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts in this IC power. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The supply current of the power management is 500nA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using NCV303, the base power ics number.
