NCV3063MNTXG Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. DC-DC switching regulators reach 150kHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.25V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1.5A Switch. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 5V for the purposes of operation.
