As a means of saving space, digital switch is provided in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6.In this case, it is packaged as Tape & Reel (TR).The method digital switch ic adopts for mounting is Surface Mount.As the analog part, the circuit uses an analog IC Multiplexer/Demultiplexer.When the operating temperature is kept at -55°C~125°C, the machine will not be sensturn signal switchive to external influences.When digital controlled switch operates at 4V~5.5V, designers have superior flexibility.The multiplexers can be used for a wide range of applications since they are members of Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.Its supply type is Single, which is used as the source of power.This multiplexer ic has 6 pins configured.The mounting is in the way of Surface Mount.When a supply voltage of 5V is used, reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved.With a resistance of 20Ohm, it operates.
