Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. Op amps are General Purpose types of amplifier on the chip. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 15V battery. Instrumentation amplifier is a part of Operational Amplifier. Linear amplifier includes 8 pins.
