I would like to specify that this buffer amplifier belongs to the Operational Amplifier-type of devices. It has 5 pins that make up the linear amplifier. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 50μV. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type for this linear amplifier.
