As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input.
