Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 8 terminations.
