This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input.
