PD85004 Description
The PD85004 is a common source N-channel, enhancement-mode lateral field-effect RF power transistor. The STMicroelectronics PD85004 is designed for high gain, broadband commercial, and industrial applications. The PD85004 operates at 13.6 V in common source mode at frequencies of up to 1 GHz.
PD85004’s superior gain and efficiency make it an ideal solution for mobile radio.
The PD85004 operates within ambient temperatures from -65 to 150°C and with a power dissipation of 6W.
