As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied.
